Really excellent facilities & great value for money. But the best part is the friendly and professional staff who are fluent in English & French. They gave us great tips for restaurants, places to visit, tours etc. Ly at reception was so helpful with train tickets, reservations and making phone calls for us when Vietnamese translations were needed. The free WIFI works really well throught the building.

The service was the highlight! The staff were great, even packing a breakfast for our early flight! Breakfast had a nice variety, but I wished for more vegetarian options 😊

Central location, excellent service throughout. Staff attentiveness cannot be faulted. Helpfull with plenty of advice. Good English spoken. Help with tour bookings in house at reasonable prices. Very nice breakfast choice. Would stay again.

No room safe or hair dryer. Beautiful shower room but floor very slippery when wet.

The super cozy ambiance, combined with the cleanliness of both the room and the bathroom. The staff was accommodating-when we arrived, they helped us check-in early and even arranged transport to the airport ahead of time!

Personell is friendly and helpfull.

The pictures look better than the reality. Be carefull, they tried to put us in a cheaper room then we booked and told us they had no other room. When we insisted in the room we booked, it appeared to be overbooked. We got another room and a discount instead.

I loved the tasty breakfast options like fresh fruit and pho. Plus, the body massage I had was super relaxing! The spa also offered a lovely foot massage, which I really enjoyed after a long day. The only downside was that I noticed a bit of dust under the bed, but it didn't ruin my stay at all 😊

The first time I went to Hanoi for five days, after I searched the information I decided to stay in Hotel Intercontinental but it was little fast away to old quarter area so I choose a hotel in old quarter for two nights and two nights in Intercontinental because I don't want to get any trouble by taxi. Good location in old quarter and three minutes walk to lake area. excellent service , friendly and helpful staff, room is clean and good breakfast. good air condition and lighting in room is bright enough.I have selected over ten hotels in old quarter area and after I arrived to Hanoi I have take the time went to see those hotel that I selected before that I got the right hotel. Thanks you for the good service of the team in Lagacy Hotel Bat Su.
